Inner Soul Fragrances does not take responsibility for the misuse of its products. Products used or applied in a manner not as intended could result in sickness and or irritation.
- Returns Policy

We will gladly issue a full refund for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Items purchased with cash may be exchanged or a store credit issued. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. For customer-designed orders, no refund will be issued.

Most purchases are shipped next day from Florida. To help minimize shipping costs, we will use a variety of shipping options, but the goal is to have your order to you within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your order.
- International Orders:
- We will accept orders with international billing addresses for certain countries. Please visit the checkout process to see if your country is included.
- Out of Stock Items:
- All customer designs are made at the time of order and will never be out of stock. However, for designs produced by Inner Soul Fragrances, we may occasionally be out of stock. We do our best to keep our web page updated, but in the event we have high volume and we run out of a particular item after you have placed our order, we will contact you to determine the options we can offer.
- Sales Tax
- Sales tax may be collected on total merchandise orders delivered to any state. Some states also require us to collect sales tax on shipping charges. For tax charges, please visit our checkout process to see the rules regarding your specific location.
- Privacy Policy
- Inner Soul Fragrances has a strict policy of keeping customers information private. Customer details will not be used to promote advertising directly or indirectly. The only exception to this will be for those customers that sign up to our newsletter and promotional requests. In these cases, customer information will never be provided to any external source.

- Products displayed on the website will change from time to time. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

We will publish both positive and negative testimonials, so long as the product testimonials are accurate, constructive and non-offensive or discriminatory.
